7. Euonymus pallidifolia Hayata　淡綠葉衛矛

Shrubs; branchlets yellowish, pallid, terete. Leaves pale yellowish when dried, oblong or broadly elliptic, about 7 cm long, 4 cm wide, coriaceous, acute or obtuse at the apex, cuneate or rounded at the base, glabrous, entire; petioles about 5 mm long. Fruit pedunculate, axillary; capsule depressed globose, about 1.5 cm across, 7 mm long; seeds 2 or 3, angular, about 8 mm long, arillate at the apical portion.

Endemic, in the southern part of this island.
